Treatment Plans and Options
Your comprehensive treatment plan will include a breakdown of applicable fees,and we will inform of you payment arrangements before treatment is administered. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of treatment, and we thoroughly explain your options so we may accomidate your needs.
Interest Free Programs are available to you. CareCredit is an option to our patients. Ask a member of our staff for more information on this programs and we will be happy to assit you. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving services.
We submit all insurance claims for you, and most of our claims are submitted electronically for faster turn around time. We will full attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
If you'd like to make an appointment please contact us and a staff memeber will assist you. Our office communications are available for you to receive the care that you need, including new patients and those in need of emergency attention. If you are unable to keep an appoint, we ask that you provide us with 24 notice by phone. We ask for this notice so that we may facilitate other patients and emergencies in scheduling. A fee may be charged for no-show atient appointments.
